PM from testnet through mainnet. Designed the $INIT airdrop (30,000+ recipients, 50M tokens), grew bridge routes from about 30 to 200+, and shipped a wallet built to cut sign-up steps for new users.

- Designed the full airdrop architecture: recipient groups segmented by on-chain behavior, eligibility verification.

Bridge infrastructure
- Expanded bridge routes from ~30 to 200+, working directly with ICF and LayerZero.
- Introduced third-party swap routing and OP bridge messaging as new bridging primitives.
- Consolidated bridge and wallet into one product at app.initia.xyz.
Account Abstraction Wallet
- Conceived and shipped an account-abstraction intermediary wallet to cut onboarding friction; ran alpha and beta cycles with 20+ users.

- Telegram mini-app UI; beta program and launch marketing with the Civitia appchain; initia.xyz landing page.
Initia 토큰 에어드랍
- 에어드랍 전체 구조 설계: 온체인 행동 기준으로 수령 그룹 세분화, 에어드랍 자격 검증.
- 런칭 시 3만 명 이상에게 5,000만 $INIT 배분.
브릿지 인프라
- ICF, LayerZero와 직접 협업해 L1-L2-외부네트워크 브릿지 경로를 30여 개에서 200개 이상으로 확장.
- 서드파티 스왑 라우팅과 OP 브릿지 메시징을 새 브릿징 프리미티브로 도입.
- 기존 브릿지와 지갑을 app.initia.xyz 하나의 제품으로 통합.
Account Abstraction Wallet
- 신규 사용자의 진입 마찰을 줄이는 계정 추상화 중간 지갑을 기획·출시. 20명 이상과 알파·베타 테스트 진행.
