The AI writes quickly; these decide what gets built and what gets kept. - **Write the design first** — 30 design documents were written and reviewed before the code they describe. - **Don't trust AI output by default** — Every AI-written strategy is checked before it runs, and tested for use of prices it could not have known yet. - **Measure before changing a rule** — Scoring and cost changes were tested on past results, against a control, before being applied. - **A person makes the final call** — The system ranks the options. A person decides what trades. ## Experience ### 23Labs — Product Manager 2024.05 — 2025.12 · Seoul · initia.xyz 23Labs is the primary contributor to Initia, a L1 backed by Binance Labs, Theory Ventures, Delphi Ventures and Hack VC. Joined during testnet and shipped across into Mainnet. **Initia token airdrop** - Designed the full airdrop architecture: recipient groups segmented by on-chain behavior, eligibility verification. - 30,000+ recipients, 50M $INIT distributed at launch. **Bridge infrastructure** - Expanded bridge routes from ~30 to 200+, working directly with ICF and LayerZero. - Introduced third-party swap routing and OP bridge messaging as new bridging primitives. - Consolidated bridge and wallet into one product at app.initia.xyz. **Account Abstraction Wallet** - Conceived and shipped an account-abstraction intermediary wallet to cut onboarding friction; ran alpha and beta cycles with 20+ users. **Also shipped** - Telegram mini-app UI; beta program and launch marketing with the Civitia appchain; initia.xyz landing page. ### PiLab Technology — Chief Strategy Officer 2022 — 2024 · Seoul · pilab.co · bifrostnetwork.com One of Korea's longest-standing blockchain companies (Series A, ₩14B raised), operating Bifrost Network and the BiFi DeFi protocol. Brought in with full exec authority reporting to the CEO, and fulfilled product, BD and strategy roles. - Hired 6+ people including two manager-level roles, standing up HR, BD and FE/BE engineering from scratch; authored company-wide guidelines. - Conceived and shipped **Pockie**, a self-custody wallet on iOS, Android and Chrome — rated 4.7/5 on app stores. - Rebranded the entire product lineup; redesigned BFC and BiFi token economics with new utility mechanisms. - Closed DeSpread and Stacks partnerships; maintained previous ongoing relationships. ### Lightscale — Business Developer 2021 — 2022 · Seoul Early hire at a CeDeFi startup building yield products on Terra's Anchor protocol. Participated in authoring the product whitepaper, roadmap and technical articles on the underlying architecture. Left after the company pivoted to L2. ### Ozys — Business Developer 2021 · Seoul · ozys.net Operator of Orbit Bridge and Klayswap, then the largest DeFi protocol on Klaytn by TVL. Owned the BD cycle for Orbit Bridge integrations. - Personally closed Celo and Stacks integrations onto Orbit Bridge; Stacks sourced and closed via cold outreach. - Worked on ORC listings on Bithumb and Upbit, plus additional venue listings for KSP and BELT. - Maintained company pipeline; produced decks, partnership docs and co-marketing. ### T&G Ventures — Node A-Team — Validator BD & Investment Analyst 2020 — 2021 · Seoul · nodeateam.com Validator operation across Cosmos, Solana, Terra, Polygon and 10+ networks.
